After a few years I returned to the Dominican Republic where I practice as a clinical cardiologist, stress testing and transthoracic, transesophageal echocardiography, stress contrast with ergometer and stress with dobutamine at the United Hearts Clinic both in the imaging laboratory and in intensive, operating rooms in cardiac surgeries and hemodynamics, in Cedisa where he performed echocardiograms, I read Holters and MAPS, I recently opened a private practice in Torre Pereyca, a Dominican medical center.
